2

We quote a fixed price

The coffee is the point

Most carts serve commodity coffee in a nice-looking box. We roast what we pour, and we know exactly who grew it.

SCA 85+

Every batch, scored

We don't pour anything that scores below 85 on the Specialty Coffee Association scale. That floor doesn't move for volume.

55%

Above Fair Trade minimum

What we pay our producers, above the Fair Trade floor. It's on our invoices and we'll put it in your sustainability reporting.

3

Named origins, not a blend

El Mudo from Tarrazu, Sakami from Kirinyaga, Hinga Kawa from Rwanda's Northern Province. Women-led producer partnerships we visit in person.

What clients say

It's rare to find a coffee partner that can handle scale without sacrificing quality. Dash delivered on both. Their espresso cart brought energy, quality, and a professional touch to our entire venue.

Arctic15

Working with Dash Coffee has made our event mornings effortless. The coffee arrives hot, ready, and always on time, with all the details handled.

Oddlygood

Questions we get asked

Where do you operate?

Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa as standard. We travel further for larger events — ask and we'll tell you straight whether it works.

How far in advance should we book?

Two to three weeks is comfortable. We can often do shorter notice, so ask anyway rather than assuming it's too late.

How many people can you serve?

One espresso cart comfortably serves up to 5,000 guests. For larger events we bring in additional carts and baristas — tell us your numbers and service window and we'll size it properly.

What do you need from the venue?

A water access point, a 16A socket within 5 metres of the cart, 220V power, and access to the venue 2 hours before service.

Can you serve oat and lactose-free milk?

Yes, as standard, at no extra cost. We work with Oddlygood on the oat side.

Can we brand the cart?

Yes. We can add your signage to the cart and cups for company events and launches. Mention it in your enquiry.

How does pricing work?

Every event is quoted as one fixed price, not per head. Cart bookings start at €1,500 for a short event and €2,000 for a full event day. What sets the price is guest numbers, how long you need service for, and how many carts and baristas that takes. Large conferences and multi-day work run from €3,500 upwards. Everything is included: cart, machine, baristas, coffee, milk, cups, delivery, setup and clear-away. No line-item surprises.

November and December book out early. If you're planning pikkujoulut, get the date in now.
